Lobbyists make a fair amount of money. You are not going to get rich by being one though. They can make around 46,000 per year or up to average $75,000 a year. That's not the big bucks that politicians make but it is decent money to make. The experience and education a lobbyist has behind him is one big factor that determines his pay.

How well he does his job and how effective he is helps to determine it as well. The city a lobbyist works in is another determining factor of how much a lobbyist makes. So, there is a vast paycheck difference in how much a lobbyist makes. What one puts into it is a big judge of how much cash he will get out of it as most things tend to be that way.
