How can we stop water pollution?

We can stop water pollution by taking certain measures. We can flat out not allow factories to pollute the water or to dump dangerous chemicals into rivers, oceans, and lakes or places that drain off into them. We can also stop using plastic because plasitc is one of the top culprits where water pollution is concerned.

We can make sure no one dumps trash into watersystems and can clean up what is already there. We can boycott countries that have water pollution that is out of control, like China and India, until they do something constructive and effective about it. There are many things that can be done about water pollution but those things are of not use unless they are actually put into place rather than just being good ideas.
