Marie Kondo became famous because she was working with Tomohiro Takahashi as an editor and was discovered. She was noted at a book proposal and it was history from there on. She is an author who was born to write and now, she is famous for it. She won a book proposal and then went on to be on television. She was filmed tidying up the home of a comedian and the concept took off like wild fire.
