There are many different types of nose surgeries. Some are safe and some pose extreme risks so it depends upon which type is being performed as to how safe it is. Plastic surgery of the nsoe has tons of risks. Not only may the surgery come out botched, it might deform the nasal cavity as well. It is usually a surgery that is just for cosmetic reasons so the risks are needless.

There are nose surgeries that are risky but worth the risk like a deviated septum which requires surgery in order to be able to breathe correctly. While there are risks involved, the risk not to have the surgery poses an even greater risk. Clearly, when dealing with the sensitive tissue in the nose and the fact that the nose has to do with breathing, the risks should only be taken when it is a matter of life and death because the risks are so high.
