Yes, I do love eating seafood a lot. If I were given a choice to eat different types of seafood every day, I would do it. It is just so fun and exciting to eat seafood. I can eat them raw, and I can also eat them when they are steamed, fried, or cooked with various spices and sauces. I particularly love shrimps and lobsters because they just taste great. They are amazing with garlic and butter sauce.
I like to keep things simple. For raw fish, I love salmon sashimi. I usually try my best to lessen my consumption of this because I know that too much of it is bad, but I love it nonetheless. I also love squid, especially when it is fried. I have not tried sea cucumbers and sea urchins yet, but if given an opportunity, I would try it soon.

I personally love to eat seafood. It is tasty and refreshing and not super filling so I don't feel all heavy after eating it. I enjoy eating it at places that are by an ocean or sea so that I know it is fresh. Fresh seafood is much better than frozen seafood.
It also makes a big difference to me how it is prepared. I like fried seafood like shrimp and oysters but prefer steamed seafood like scallops because I can taste more of the seafood and less of the oil. It is imperative to me that seafood is prepared right.
There are some seafoods I do not care for, however. I don't like raw oysters and don't believe it is good to eat them raw. I also don't care for fishy tasting fish or varieties that taste too much like the ocean they came out of. You might say I'm a bit finicky about the seafood I like but the ones I do like, I really love.
Yes, I love sea food
Sea food is delicious; I consider it a special dish. It has so much variety of flavour with amazing taste. The health benefits are also why I love sea foods. Sea foods are rich in omega 3 fatty acids which are commonly known as “good fats”. These fatty acids boost brain function, immune system and enforce good eyesight. It also contains high density lipids that help break down the low density lipid that accumulates in the blood stream.
Sometimes eating healthy can be bland and boring, but with seafood it is fun. Seafood recipes are easy, can be fun and healthy.
