Estrogen is known to be the female hormone. This is a type of hormone that will make sure that the female features will be properly developed. What will happen when estrogen can also be found in men? There are some who may have high levels of the female hormone. When this occurs, men are more prone to develop gynecomastia.

This is a type of condition wherein men may start to develop breasts. Men who have high estrogen levels may also have a harder time having and maintaining an erection. When men also have high estrogen levels, there is a big possibility that their sperm will not be too healthy. This can then lead to infertility which is one of the main issues that men can have.

Even though women do not produce testosterone, men do have estrogen which is normally believed to be produced in women. When men have estrogen, it is because their testosterone has changed into estrogen. Men can get high levels of estrogen by drinking too much alcohol or even consuming too much vitamin B in foods. With most high levels of a hormone, people will feel tired which is common.
