Your body produces and needs certain levels of dopamine in order for your body to function appropriately. It is suggested that people should eat more protein in meats to increase your dopamine levels.
However, this could cause problems because some meats contain high levels of saturated fats which decreases your dopamine levels. Therefore it is best to eat lean meats to both gain the protein but decrease the saturated fats level which will help increase the dopamine levels in your body. Another way is to exercise more.
