The urinary system cleans your blood. Fun fact, this is the only system that is equipped for the job. This is because the blood carries food and alcohol around the body once it has been completely broken down. The kidney cleanses the used food particles out so the blood can continue to work through the body. To produce a quart of urine, the kidneys have to filter about 120 quarts of blood. The liver is the organ responsible for getting the alcohol out of the blood stream after you’ve been drinking.

Now, the blood is cleansed only through the urinary system. There are some detox programs out there that will claim to clean your blood, but nothing is as effective as your body - provided you are taking care of your body properly.
