Jeff Bezos understands that his business succeeds because of their customer centric focus. There is nothing they do that will not serve the customer. They do everything in their power to benefit and help the customer in their situation. Thus, they are an ever expanding company.

He is also a man who understands what it means to lead people. As Amazon works on creating new projects and programs to help his customers, he understands the benefit of teamwork. He has come up with a “Two Pizza” team structure that has been successful. This implies that every team needs to be small enough to be fed with two pizzas. If the team is too big, then the chances for success are less than ever. Like many big companies, the only way to go once you reach the top is downward. That is because either people are tired of the company’s products and services or another better company has come into the picture. Other online stores like Ebay is in competition to them. Now many other stores have been created that conduct similar business to Amazon.

It is only a short period of time that Amazon will decline. It may still be around, but it will not be the big company it once was. It seems that Jeff Bezos would be the one who would first see the decline. He could also be able to predict the decline in the coming years based on his statistics of sales.
