You are ready to quit your job, regardless of your reasons for leaving, here’s how to do it. Be professional, just like how you were when trying to get hired, this will help keep the relationship you had with your boss but if you leave in a bad manner, you might just be destroying your relationship with your boss for life.

Keep the conversation positive; be sure you know exactly what to say before approaching your boss. Your conversation and resignation letter should contain the following:
Be thankful for the opportunity to work in the organization, express gratitude for the skills you learnt in your current job.

Explain why you are leaving, you do not have to mention the specifics also state a specific date for your expected last day of your employment at the current job.

Be clear yourself why you are leaving. If you have gained a post with a higher salary or better prospects, express your regret and leaving but say that you know he will appreciate that you cannot turn down a good opportunity. If it is that you have hated working there, politely outline what has been negative in your experience.

You may well be helping those who remain! If you are moving, this is easy. A relocation is the simplest thing for others to understand without upset. However, the very fact that you ask this question suggests to me that you feel uneasy or guilty about leaving.

Are you breaking your contract? Bad practice to do this. The same goes for leaving when you've promised verbally to stay longer. You must have a good reason for going. the best way to tell your boss is to give the honest reason.
