Should I date someone in my office?

Definitely not. It is never a good idea to date someone in your office. The main reason is that these types of relationships don’t always last. Therefore, you will be having to work with someone that you broke up with.

This will make it usually a hostile work environment especially if you see your former lover with another person. If they see you with someone else in the office, they may get jealous. Then it will be difficult to go to work and see that person and even harder to work directly with them.

Everyone should refrain from dating co-workers. If you feel that this person is perfect for you, then someone should quit their job and then you could date them.
