The Process Capability is also known as CP, CPK. This signified Process Capability Index. This is a statistical measurement that is used in order to figure out the ability of the process to occur within the expected limits. The CP measures the potential capability of the process while the CPK will show if the process has the ability to meet the expectations that have been set.

There are some people who compute for this with the use of Microsoft Excel. There are also others who use different programs in order to figure out what the results are going to be.
