AI is applied extensively in most aspects of human life today in the developed countries. It is used in surgery, in provision of replacement of damaged parts for the disabled, in restaurants, in shops - the cash record, for instance, on every cash register, in kitchen appliances and in schools, such as the whiteboard or the school records online.
It is difficult to think of an ordinary person's ordinary day that does not include use or benefit from AI several times. I used a pedometer first thing, my heater will 'know' when to come on and to what temperature. AI is in everything every day, unless you are living in some remote region without a mobile phone.
