It may seem surprising, but psychological stress can lead to vision problems. Stress can cause migraines which does affect vision, but a serious vision problem related to stress is central serous retinopathy. Stress is a physical, mental or emotional reaction caused by a change that interferes with the body’s equilibrium.

As such, vision can be blurred, or worse. Computer use is an increasing activity that is certainly a contributor to near point stress.
