United States of America and Britain

In early 19th century, Canada was bringing supplies to England and England were making goods for them, free of tax, and they created a treaty, Preferential Trade. However, England thought it wasnt efficient and worth it for them, so they cancelled it. Then Canada started to trade with the U.S, and they created a treaty named the Reciprocity Treaty, which allowed them to trade freely. However after the U.S. Civil War, also known as Manifest Destiny, the U.S. cancelled the trade.
