The coldest state in the USA has to be Alaska. There are some people who dream of going to Alaska because they know what they will be surrounded by ice and snow. Even the summer season in Alaska is still very cold especially for people who are not used to the cold weather.
It is not only Alaska that is considered to be a cold state in the United States. North Dakota, Maine, and Minnesota are also known to be very cold states.
