The Sidoarjo mud flow (often known as Lusi) is one of the longest ongoing disaster ever happened in the recent history. Basically, it occurred due to an erupting mud volcano in the Sidoarjo district, East Java, Indonesia.

Some believe that it happened due to the blowout of a natural gas drilled by PT Lapindo Brantas, However, some scientists say a distant earthquakes are responsible for this mud volcano.
