It is hard to say if Uranus actually has a surface because this is one planet that is made out of ice and gas. It is impossible for a spacecraft to land on this planet because there is no solid surface available. This means that the moment it tries to land, the spacecraft will start to sink.

The center of Uranus is made of liquid and it is also icy. It will be hard to create a spacecraft that will have the ability to float on this icy center. This planet is known to be composed of different types of ices such as methane, ammonia, and of course, ice water.
