Some feel that Titan has a good chance of being terraformed properly because it contains a lot of ice and nitrogen. This has a chance of having its own atmosphere. There is a possibility that oxygen will start to form since it has silica or water.

There are some issues though as the lack of some components that will make sure that oxygen will be readily available. It is likely that it will take a lot of time and different technologies to make sure that this is possible. SF6 is needed in order to produce the amount of heat needed to form oxygen but there is not enough fluorine in Titan.
