There are a lot of top experts who have already stated this all over and over again. One of the most notable people to have uttered this is Einstein. He believed that there is an abundant amount of energy that is available and they will never go away. They already exist even before humans started to know more about them. This is the reason why they cannot be created because they are readily available.

They cannot be destroyed too because no matter what people do, they are just transforming energy from one type to another. You can become more aware of your surroundings and check what types of energy you use every day.
