A test does not show in the student s ANGEL course page when it is scheduled to be open already.

When a test does not show in a students ANGEL course page and it is scheduled to be open, it is likely the instructor forgot to activate the test. If you cannot reach the instructor or others on the list of administrators to contact with a testing problem, you should call the help desk. They have the administrative rights to activate a test scheduled to be opened. Two students with the same testing issue do not always warrant a help desk call. In many cases, you can resolve the issue in house. The same is the case for a student whose screen freezes.
