The correct answer to this question is javascript. This method would be used in the cloud-based software Salesforce. The namespace $A is the entry point for using the JaVascript code. Not only can a client-side controller be found in JavaScript, but it can also have renderers and helpers. Out of all the three, client-side controllers are the most used.

The JavaScripts supported are Es6 Promises and ES5 syntax. There are also other benefits to JavaScript in Salesforce. One, an external Javascript library can be uploaded. This upload can start as a static resource and then become a markup. It can also detect changes within data.
