The correct answer to this question is the Anterior Nasal spine. Its' long arm name is anterior nasal spine of maxilla and it is a landmark for a cephalometric. The spine is created by two maxillary bones being fused together. It is at the top part of the philtrum. It is rare for the Anterior Nasal Spine to fracture.

Though it has important functions, the spine is normally removed during cosmetic surgery to make the nose shorter, as well as reduce a nose's projection. The Nasal spine is attached to the nasal septum and it is also attached to the maxillary crest.

The septum is a structure which separates the right from the left nasal cavity, resting in the middle of the nose. It is made of cartilage and bone, and both together create the septum. The septum is technically made up of two pink sides that surround the stuff in the middle. This part of the nose is still slightly bendable yet firm. It represents the point where the cartilage begins, and the bone ends.

Many people call upon the famous rock star of the 70s to demonstrate the era in which people had a deviated septum from so much cocaine use, and for example, Stevie mix had a deviated septum from drug use. The cartilage septum even has a select name which is called septal cartilage. This portion of the nose forms the flexible plate that divides the two canals on the nose, which is also the piece which creates at the tip of the cartilage.
