I do not applaud Charlie Chaplin personally because he was famous before my time and I don't really know much about him. Even with the technology available today to stream old movies, I have no interest in "silent movies" and I have never liked slapstick comedy.
Slapstick comedy usually involves acting deliberately or exaggeratingly clumsy or getting involved in embarrassing situations and I just don’t find that kind of comedy funny.
