A lot of people may assume that the sun is the largest star in the universe because it is big from our point of view. People cannot deny that it also shines brightly especially during the summertime. People usually become surprised to know that the sun is only considered to be a medium-sized star especially when it is compared to the other stars that can be seen in the galaxy.

Like other stars, the sun is known to have a lifespan. It is great that this is meant to last for billions of years but the time will still come in the distant future wherein the sun will die. It may take the rest of the solar system that has been built around it with it when it dies.
