My crush is now my husband, and we have been together for eight years. When we first met and began courting, we talked every day. I always brag that we have spoken every day for the last eight years. That is how I knew I wanted to be with him for the rest of my life.

Thinking back to middle and high school crushes, I didn't talk to them as often. They may have sent a Good Morning or Goodnight text, but it wasn't a constant or daily conversation. We would talk more in school than during the summertime when school was out.

If this is about a crush, then I do not talk to my crush often. We do not have the same classes so I only see him when I pass by him from time to time. I make it a point to pass by his classroom sometimes when I want to check if he has gone to school. My crush has some issues and he is not that driven to finish his education.

It makes me feel that I want to help him out but my mind tells me that there is nothing that I can do for him. We have talked twice about a school project that had to be done by different sections but we have not talked since then. I just find more details about him through the gossip that other people say about him.
