The oldest, most widely cultivated and used nuts in the world are almonds. The almond is a species of tree that is known to be sourced from Iran and neighboring countries. This plant is not just cultivated in Iran and its neighboring countries anymore but has extended to several countries around the world.

Almond has been in existence since about 3000 - 2000 BC. There is a production of over 3 million tonnes of almonds throughout the world. The tree is called almond. Also, the edible part that is produced by the tree is also called almond.

The almond fruit is a drupe. It consists of a hard shell and an outer hull with the seed and still not really a true nut on the inside. A process that you will most likely go through with almonds is shelling. Shelling simply refers to the act of removing the shell of the almond to obtain the seed inside. You can buy your almond either with or without the shell.

The correct answer to this question is Almonds. These nuts originated in parts of China and Asian. It is also believe that they were cultivated there. Although there is no exact timeline, it is believed that the almonds have been around since the fourth millennium B.C. or even earlier.

Since the time they have been around, almonds require very cold weather in the winter to grow, as well as very hot weather in the summer to grow. Along with that, to be able to grow, almonds need both honey bees and wild bees to have the crops grow. Without bees, there are no almonds.

There are different types of nuts right now that people genuinely like. The oldest and most widely used nuts right now are almonds. Even if there are some people who think that different types of nuts taste the same way, there are some people who have a preference for almonds mainly because they have enough fat and fiber to make people feel full.

Those who are trying to limit their food intake may use almonds in order to satisfy their craving for certain food products. Those who love eating almonds should limit their almond intake to about 1 ounce a day so that it will still be healthy enough to sustain the needs of the body.
