The correct answer to this question is sensible heat. This is heat that changes a body's temperature or the temperature of the system. An example, when you heat an object up, the temperature of the object will increase. Subsequently, when an object is removed from heat, the object's temperature will fall as there is a decrease in the heat.

This heat that was taken away from the object is known as sensible heat. Many early scientists wrote about this heat. One of those was James Prescott Joule. He first mentioned it in 1847, and he characterized it as the energy that a thermometer indicates.

The correct answer to this question is sensible heat. The term sensible heat refers to the energy absorbed or released by an object that results in a change in temperature. The absorption of heat energy by any object results in a change of temperature of that object.

However, this temperature change also occurs if an object loses or releases the heat energy. For instance, when you absorb more sunlight and feel heated, it causes a temperature change. Similarly, there is a change in temperature when you decide to move away from the sunlight.

In the two instances, the heat gained or lost is called sensible heat. It is important to note that sensible heat is not the same as latent heat, but you can have sensible heat due to the release of latent heat. Latent heat is the heat gained or lost that causes a change in temperature and is accompanied by a change of phase.

The type of heat that will be lost is called “sensible heat.” The heat changes the temperature of the body or the system. For example, when an object is heated, the temperature of the object will start to increase as the heat also rises up.

When the heat is removed from an object and the temperature of the object will begin to fall because of the lack of heat, the heat that has been taken away from the object will be called “sensible heat.” Take note that this is different from latent heat because this is something that will occur when there is a physical change that is happening to the object.
