It will not be safe to conclude that Gordon Ramsay does not like other chefs based on the persona that he shows through the various reality series that he has done. It seems that he is usually savage because he wants people to do their best all the time. There are some bad days for some people. Some are not good with the mystery ingredient that was given. Some are just not good with the challenges that are available.
Gordon Ramsay is there in order to make things interesting but it does not necessarily mean that he dislikes other chefs. What I believe is that he cannot be bothered about what other chefs are doing because he is already successful in his own right.
