Why do people still watch tom and jerry again and again?

There are some cartoons that have made a long time ago but they still manage to be enjoyed by people right now. Tom and Jerry is one classic example. The cartoon is very simple. Tom’s job is to try to catch Jerry and even though they do their best in order to outdo each other, they always end up not making any progress in the end.

People love watching these television series all the time because it touches on human emotions of typical love and hate. Sometimes, they love each other and sometimes, they hate each other. People who have close relationships with others will have a chance to relate.
