There are a lot of ukulele songs that you can play and they would all need to be strummed in different ways. There are some basic strumming patterns that are available that you can do when you are just a beginner. There are some more advanced patterns that you can use when you would like to do more.

You can do some swings, chnking, and even doing some dead strums in order to play the songs that you want to play in your own unique way. The basic strumming patterns will already sound great but bringing your own method into playing will surely change things greatly. Remember that the place where you will strum will also have an effect on how the song would sound like.
