You can always change the tuning of your ukulele depending on your preference. You can choose to have a low G tuning. Playing the chords will be the same but there will be a slight difference between the sound that you will hear. If you want to change it a bit, you can also use a high-G instead of the usual G. it can add a twist to the songs that you normally play.

Another tuning is aDF#B. This is the type of tuning that will make it easier to play E. If you find out that the chords of the song that you like to play have E, then you can use this tuning instead.
