When it comes to alcohol to Coachella, one cannot bring alcohol inside of the venue but there allowed to be able to have it in the camping area. The camping area though is an entirely different story. The rule at Coachella in the camping area is that one case of beer or box of wine per person is allowed. Absolutely no glass or kegs are allowed into the camping area. The most important rule is that absolutely no alcohol can be carried from the camping area into the venue.
This rule is strictly enforced by Coachella security staff. These rules concerning alcohol are put in place solely for the safety and security of all people who are attending and are camping at Coachella. Another great thing is that Coachella attendees have always been respectful of the alcohol rule and that is one of the reason why Coachella is lauded as one of the best festivals to attend.
