There are several things that I would advise someone who would be attending the Coachella Festival for the very first time. The first thing would be to make sure that you have plenty of money. As expected, food and drinks are higher at a festival than any other music event and it is no different at Coachella. There are also all the other artisans and vendors that are present. One should also be prepared to do a lot of walking.
Coachella is a very big festival and there is so much stuff to do. There are those out there that will tell you that one simply would not be able to experience all that Coachella has to offer in one weekend. Then there is getting the best seats.
In order to get the best seats for Coachella and the concerts is to get in line several hours before the gates open. It is no different at Coachella than it is at any other major music festival. Also one should be prepared for tight security and that it is nearly impossible in order to sneak alcohol into the concert venue.
