Many chefs make famous dishes with white truffles. Truffles are known as a delicacy and a fungus. It seems that chefs often use truffle because it is rare and delicious. However, truffles are used in different types of cuisines including French, Spanish and Italian to name a few. Farmers have become known for now cultivating truffles because they are so expensive and many chefs have become aware that these ingredients can produce a top-quality meal.
When people now hear the word truffle, they almost automatically know it will be a wonderful dish. There are several different kinds of truffles including black truffle, white truffle and summer or burgundy truffle. Probably the rarest truffle would be the white truffle when compared to all of the truffles.
