Inability to appreciate the positives in one´s life, that is, assets such as loving family or good physique or adequate income, there´s a problem over sleep, eiher inability to fall asleep or maintain a state of sleeping, or the reverse, sleeping too much.

Irritability, inability to focus or concentrate, low energy levels, loss of appetite all contribute to the low or absent engagement in work and everyday tasks.

I personally do not believe hypnosis actually works especially if it is attempted on someone who is skeptical of hypnotism or who doesn’t want to be hypnotized. Another reason I don’t believe it really works is that experts can’t even agree on why it works.

Theories on why it works include that hypnosis somehow changes brain activity, that it is a placebo effect, and that the hypnotized person is “method acting.” However, there are scientific studies that seem to show hypnotism does work and regardless of why, most expert agree it works by “by communicating with the unconscious mind”.
