The answer to this is A. Situational Irony. It might seem very dramatic because the woman is about to get her life saved by bringing her to the hospital. How ironic that her ambulance was the one hit by a truck. She and the rest of the people who were inside the ambulance were killed because of what occurred.

Situational irony is defined as the time when the expected outcome is different from what actually occurred. This is a literary device that is often used in literary works in order to bring drama to the situation. The other types of irony given do not work with the given situation.
