The correct answer to this question isWorld War 1. The war started in Europe on July 28, 1914, Known as the "war to end all wars" World War 1 is one of the largest wars in history. Ending on November 11, 1918, World War 1 lasted approximately four years, three months, and two weeks. During this war, many treaties were signed, including the Treaty of Versailles and the United States-Austria Peace Treaty.

Starting in Europe, the war was in many other locations including Africa and the North and South Atlantic Ocean. At the end of the war, the Allies won. It is also regarded as one of the deadliest conflicts, with over 9 million combats and 7 million civilians dying.
