There are a lot of people who just love American Idol and they are usually more serious about watching the show when the number of finalists has gone down to three. For the 8th season of American Idol, the top three finalists were Kris Allen, Adam Lambert, and Danny Gokey.
Danny Gokey was eliminated from the top three leaving Kris Allen and Adam Lambert as the final 2. America voted for the person whom they think should be American Idol’s season 8 winner and they chose Kris Allen. Adam Lambert was signed under a different record label after. He also released an album called For Your Entertainment.
