What is a sandwich be without a good spread? Its obviously just some meat, cheese, and some pieces of bread. That's quite boring, so, here are a few ideas to help improve your next sandwich.

However there are three main kinds of spreads - butter, mayonnaise, and vegetable purees. Butters, one of the most common spreads, is quite excellent at adding richness and flavor to sandwich and even, bread in some csses. It also acts as a moisture barrier, keeping your bread from getting soggy. Using just butter may look some kind of inappropriate, so why not spice it up a bit? You can add things to softened and whipped butter like spices, capers, honey, or chilies. Just puree them and add it to the spread and be sure to have a nice and tasty sandwich ever.
