Is there another attack on the scale of 9/11 coming?

While, people have been very worried that there might be a 9/11 style attack come in the USA in the course of the next few years, the truth is that these are all speculations based on data and threats from terrorist organizations such as the ISIS. One cannot completely predict with great certainty whether such attacks are possible today due to a sharp increase in the technology and surveillance.

Nevertheless, organizations such as ISIS have their resources being depleted quite fast and it does not look like they will have the connections/resources to conduct such an act of terrorism anytime soon.
