Aliens probably reproduce similarly to how human beings reproduce. There are probably two sexes like there is here on Earth. In order to reproduce and make a baby alien, I would figure that there has to be physical contact between the two genders of aliens.
A seed or egg is probably implanted in one of the aliens and then after a specific time the alien produced another baby alien. It is probably just as painful to the aliens to give birth as it does for the human beings on Earth. There is an element of danger for the alien giving birth just like humans do. Since the aliens’ bodies seem just as fragile as human beings, they probably have a similar system in reproducing.
