Do I have to be beautiful in order to become an actress?

Unfortunately, many actors and actresses are beautiful people and that is how they get the job. However, that is not always the case. There are certain characters in movies that may need someone who is average in order to play the average person in the film. It does seem that many actors are both fit and have a pleasant face to look at.

Some people are not beautiful and they get the acting gig based on their merit and talent alone. Acting agents do require sometimes to have an appeal to them. Yet, some people get their jobs based on their great personality. Even if you are not the most beautiful person, you should still go for your dream because you never know what may happen.
