B movies can be good even if they do not have the budget or high profile actors of so-called A movies. Some people prefer B movies because they find them more charming. Others might enjoy B movies because the actors and producers might have more artistic freedom.
If you can get over the lack of high budget scenery or special effects, you may enjoy the lower budget movies too. Some low budget B movies have gained popularity beyond some higher budget movies. The Blair Witch Project, for example, was very low budget with no well-known actors but became a classic horror movie anyway.
