Exercise is needed for everyone. However, many people work during most, if not all, of the daylight hours. Therefore, it makes it difficult to exercise on a certain routine. To me, I can fit the exercising into my schedule even though I work, but I am always tired after work.
So, it is best for me to exercise either during the middle of my day or at the very beginning of my day. Some suggestions to fitting exercise into your day may include waking up an hour earlier and working out. Other ideas may be to walk around the parking lot at work on your lunch hour. If these are not feasible, then try doing things at your job. You can take the stairs instead of the elevator.
