Laws should always be followed no matter what. Unfortunately, that does not always happen. Looting sometimes takes place after a natural disaster. However, all these people are doing is further hurting people who were already hurt by the natural disaster. In regard to the government shutdown, this has no bearing on the laws of the land.

Just because Congress didn’t come to a decision about the budget or health care that really has nothing to do with whether people should obey the laws. If people disobeyed the laws whenever they wanted to, then there would be a lot of chaos and victims in the country. Instead, people should want to do the right thing without having to be forced to.
