Capitalism is an economic system. It is based on the selling and trading in which profit and making a profit is involved. Many first world countries and the more powerful countries in the world have a capitalist society. This allows the citizens to set their own prices for their own products. It allows for the American dream.

This means people who come to the United States can use their own talent and skills to provide a service or product to the public. Some of these countries that have a capitalist economy includes the United States, Canada, Chile, Germany, Japan and the United Kingdom, to name a few. Since the United States is a democratic society, the citizens make the decisions in regard to their economy and in this case decided on staying with capitalism.
