The best option for this is letter B. This will make it possible for the technical writing manager to automatically determine if the case is an “errara” based on the conditions that will be placed. This is highly important because some cases should be resolved, and some will only cause further errors in the long run.

If in case there are some problems with the details, the customer may be contacted and asked for the proper information regarding the submitted evidence. The faster that the case will be resolved, the better it would be.
