What should a system administrator consider when setting up Mobile Lite?

There are two things that should be considered. The first one is that Mobile Lite should be available to the whole organization. The second thing is there may be a limit to the details that will be synchronized. In this case, those that are recently reviewed should be synchronized for easy viewing.

These two things are important because people are going to use Mobile Lite to find some of the important information that they need. Yet, there should be a limit to the records that can be viewed by people. Those that are considered confidential will not be labeled as recently reviewed so that not everyone can access the important details.

When setting up Mobile Lite, the first thing that needs to be done is it must be enabled for the whole organization. The second is only recently viewed records are synchronized.

It is highly important that these two will be considered because people would need to have the ability to access the data that they need. At the same time, there is a need for them to check only the records that are considered to be recent so that there is still control over what the people from the organization can view. There are some data that will no longer be accessible because of time.
