Agree with both. 2^5=32 - 2 = 30 hosts per network. Network block size is 32. Second network .32 to .63

Second network, first useable host id is 33 (bit for 32 reservedin subnet mask not allowed all 0's)

2^5=32. Means we need to LEAVE 5 bits at least out of the possible 8 for hosts. This leaves 3 for network. 2^3=8networks. 32 addresses per network.
